3. Condition of Items for Return
To qualify for a return, the item(s) must meet the following conditions:
- The item(s) must be unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition as when you received it.
- The item(s) must have all original tags and labels attached.
4. Return Shipping Costs
The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is faulty or was sent in error. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to return your items, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned items.
5. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned items, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
6. Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or color, please contact us as soon as possible at [email protected]. We will guide you through the process of exchanging the item and may require you to return the original item first.
7. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Items that have been worn, washed, or damaged.
- Items that are not in their original condition.
- Personalized or custom-made items.
8. Damaged or Faulty Items
If you receive a damaged or faulty item, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with your order number and photos of the damaged item. We will either offer a replacement or refund, depending on your preference and availability of stock.
